On the reflection from 10/13, Anne L. encourages us to be open to how God and the Holy Spirit are guiding us:
Sr. Chris, you remind us today that if God has a message for us He will surely get our attention in one way or another, hopefully not by a whale swallowing us. But we need to be open in our prayer time and throughout our day to the plan that God has for us this day. By the Holy Spirit, He will guide us and reveal his will. It likely will not be a call to travel the world to evangelize as was his mission for Paul but rather to be faithful to living out the duties and responsibilities of the station in life to which we have been called. By living a life of faith and love we also will reflect God’s message to all we come in contact with each day.
