Today is the feast day of St. John Vianney, also known as the Curé of Ars. Let us pray with his words:
Jesus, from all eternity you were pleased to give yourself to us in love.
And you planted within us a deep spiritual desire that can only be satisfied by yourself.
We are made to love you; you created us as your lovers.
If my tongue cannot say in every moment that I love you,
I want my heart to repeat it to you as often as I draw breath.Amen.
