On the devotion from 8/4, Stormi briefly reminds us that all our temporal concerns are ultimately solved when we look beyond the veil of this world to the transcendent Jesus and his divine love:
The disciples are human, and they want to fix the problem. Don’t we all? Jesus is the answer to fixing the problem; they just didn’t know that at first. Prayer and letting Jesus help us with the problem is what it is all about, eh?
