Inspired by the 6/16 reflection, Scott meditates on the importance of forgiveness and the security it gives him in his faith walk.
Life can be filled with resentments, guilt and forgiveness. Forgiveness begins with myself, before I can forgive others. Asking…and trusting that God forgives me when asked, empowers me to know I am forgiven of my sin, guilt and resentments. Thank you Kathleen for your words that encourage me to keep asking for forgiveness and to forgive others as the Higher Power often does that in many Biblical stories that touch our human hearts and souls deeply. May it be so.
