For the reflection from 8/3, Vicky G. shared her insights about the importance of listening for what the Lord is telling us:
Hearing His voice! What a blessing to recognize it, even more of a blessing to understand what He is trying to tell us. I have had many experiences like that (and many I’ve missed as well). The biggest comfort in all the world is to feel we “know” and are “in” His will. Encouragement—just because we have heard and submit to the track God wants for us doesn’t mean it will be easy so hold that church moment close and draw on it when it is difficult to practice that patience. And patience doesn’t mean inaction, it just means taking time to assess, pray and put a Jesus attitude in our actions.
