It’s not always easy to give thanks, but it’s still a spiritually healthy thing to do when times aren’t so great. On the reflection from 2/6, Jeff M. urges us to keep our thoughts and attitudes in perspective and on the right priorities, even when it is hard:
So often when we go through a difficult time, we cry “Why, Lord, why me?” We should be giving thanks to God for always being there for us and getting us through these difficult times, whatever the outcome.
